Upon completing this training, participants will be equipped to:

• Boost the volume of work items finished within a given timeframe.
• Shorten the duration needed to complete work items.
• Enhance work predictability (enabling more accurate responses to "When will it be completed?").
• Monitor flow metrics (including throughput, lead time, work in progress, and work item age).
• Employ flow charts (Cumulative Flow Diagram, Lead Time Histogram, Work Aging Chart).
• Apply statistical forecasting techniques, such as Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreement.
• Design a Kanban System methodologically (using STATIK).
• Comprehend Little's Law, which explains the characteristics of value flow.

Spanning two days, this course is crafted to assist teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile setting by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will gain insight into functioning as an Agile Team, managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. A key focus is placed on comprehending the team's position within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and foster continuous improvement in tandem with other teams.

The training equips teams to engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with specific attention to upcoming PI planning sessions. Finishing the course also readies participants for the certification exam to attain the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.

• Implement SAFe principles to extend Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
