Agile Essentials Training Course
The iSQI Agile Essentials course is an internationally recognized qualification designed for anyone involved in agile projects who wishes to familiarize themselves with working in an agile environment. This includes Project Managers, Quality Managers, Software Development Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Directors, and Management Consultants. The course consists of eight sections and guides participants through the lifecycle of an agile project, from release planning and writing user stories to the iteration review (showcase) and retrospective. The first day focuses on the core principles (55% theory, 45% exercises), while the second day is dominated by practical application (40% theory, 60% exercises).

Practitioner in Agile Quality (PAQ) certification
21 HoursThe PAQ course is a three-day experiential exam preparation program designed to refine practical skills that participants can directly apply in their professional environments.
The assessment is conducted as a hands-on evaluation. Candidates receive a product backlog release containing user stories, related design documentation, and a 'multi-drop' application pre-loaded with defects. Participants are provided with clear instructions on the expected outcomes and the chance to produce the necessary work products. The assessment includes one or two additional scenario-based questions requiring written responses (up to five questions in total) covering various competencies. Both these written answers and the product backlog release responses are evaluated by an independent assessor. The assessment lasts for 2.5 hours.
SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification
14 HoursThe "SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification" training is a two-day course that provides the skills necessary to effectively manage value delivery in a Lean enterprise.
