Course Outline
This course is largely similar to the Team Members’ course (see separate outline), with the following additions:
- A new module titled: Leadership v Management, which covers:
- The similarities and differences between leadership and management, including the traits that define a great leader versus a great manager
- Different management styles
- An additional module titled: Delivering Change, which covers:
- Factors that contribute to the success or failure of change initiatives
- Core principles of change management
- Resistance to change – and why, in some instances, resistance can be beneficial
