Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this training course, you will be capable of:
- Articulating the core concepts and principles underlying artificial intelligence management
- Outlining the key requirements of ISO/IEC 42001 for an artificial intelligence management system (AIMS)
- Recognizing the strategies, methods, and techniques employed to implement, manage, and enhance an AIMS
Outline
Day 1: Introduction to the artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) and ISO/IEC 42001
Day 2: Advanced AIMS concepts and the certification examination
Examination
The ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation examination fulfills all PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP) standards and assesses the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Core principles and concepts of an artificial intelligence management system (AIMS)
Domain 2: Artificial intelligence management system (AIMS)

Certification
Upon passing the examination, you may apply for the "PECB Certificate Holder in ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation" credential. Further details on ISO/IEC 42001 certifications and the PECB certification process can be found in the Certification Rules and Policies.
The criteria for obtaining the ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation certificate are as follows:
General
- The cost of certification and the examination is included in the training fee.
- Participants will receive comprehensive course materials comprising more than 200 pages of content, including practical examples, exercises, and quizzes.
- Candidates who attend the training course will receive a certificate of completion equivalent to 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits.
- Those who have completed the training but did not pass the examination are entitled to one free retake within 12 months of their initial exam date.
Requirements
There are no specific prerequisites required to enroll in this training course.
